一、原理及概述Principle and overview

SZ錐雙螺桿擠出機(jī)傳動(dòng)裝置是與錐雙螺桿塑料擠出機(jī)配套的專(zhuān)用機(jī)械傳動(dòng)裝置，該裝置可把主電機(jī)的動(dòng)力經(jīng)過(guò)傳動(dòng)箱減速增扭后輸出至分配箱長(zhǎng)軸，長(zhǎng)軸再通過(guò)一對(duì)1:1傳動(dòng)比的小錐角螺旋齒輪，帶動(dòng)短軸。長(zhǎng).短軸以螺桿相同的夾角，以異向外旋的方式帶動(dòng)螺桿擠出成型。傳動(dòng)箱采用硬齒面標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì).齒輪經(jīng)滲碳淬火磨齒，精度達(dá)6級(jí)，所有油封皆采用進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品.傳動(dòng)箱和分配箱內(nèi)皆配有冷卻水管，用于潤(rùn)滑冷卻。由于產(chǎn)品齒輪精度高，噪音低，承載能力強(qiáng)，軸承配置相對(duì)傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品有新的改進(jìn)，因而其總體性能指標(biāo)優(yōu)于現(xiàn)行產(chǎn)品。

SZ cone double-screw extruder gearing is a special mechanical driving device matched with conicdouble-screw plastic extruder. This advice decelerates and increases the torque of the power from master motor through gearbox before exporting it to the long shaft of distribution box that drives short shaft through a slender cone screw gear with drive ratio of 1:1, long shaft and short shaft drive screw at the same angle as screw to extrude and mould in the mode of different direction and outward turning. Gearbox is designed with hard tooth surface standard,and gear wheel is treated with carburation and quenching and grinding to achieve the precision of class 6,all of the oil seal is imported products,both gearbox and distribution box are equipped with cooling pipe for lubrication cooling Gear wheel is of high precision,low noise,and high carrying capacity ,resulting in a relatively improved bearing configuration in comparison with traditional one, therefore, the general performance is superior to that of current products.

4.使用條件Service condition

4.1傳動(dòng)箱高速軸轉(zhuǎn)速不大于1500r/min; Rotate speed of gearbox high-speed shaft is≤1500r/min

4.2工作環(huán)境溫度0-35°C Ambient temperature for service is 0-35'C

5.冷卻與潤(rùn)滑Cooling and lubri cation

5.1冷卻Cooling

傳動(dòng)箱和分配箱皆采用水冷卻，冷卻水溫應(yīng)低于30"C

Both gearbox and distribution box apply water cooling with temperature lower than 30'C

5.2潤(rùn)滑Lubrication

齒輪和軸承皆采用油池潤(rùn)滑，潤(rùn)滑油推薦牌號(hào)為中極壓齒輪油N220-320.

Both gear wheel and bearing apply oil sump lubrication and recommended brand of lubricant is mild extreme pressure gear grease N220-320.
